PUERTO VALLARTA

Vallarta is a magical place best discovered by meandering through its picturesque streets, strolling along its beautiful beaches watching crimson sunsets, or wandering up the refreshing Cuale river path. The Belmar Galeria Hotel is ideally situated to take advantage of all of these options, and more. And no visit to Vallarta is complete without a day spent on the ocean exploring Banderas Bay, where lush mountain vegetation cascades down to meet a glistening sea. Guests may inquire at the front desk about excursions to remote and unspoiled beaches like Las Animas, Yelapa, Qumixto, Majahuitas or to the Marietta Islands where you can discover a hidden beach, and often see whales and dolphins.

Puerto Vallarta is truly a world class tourist destination, named “Friendliest City” by Conde Nast in 2001, “Best place in the world to retire” by AARP (North American Association of Retired Persons), “Best Vacation Destination in Mexico” by USNews.com in 2010, “Most Romantic Place in Mexico” and “Favorite Beach Destination in Mexico” by About.com in 2012, “Best place for Conventions” in a convention marketing magazine and listed in “Top 10 Destinations in Mexico” by TripAdvisor in 2015.
